World Urban Pavilion Marks 4th Anniversary with Global Announcement on World Creativity and Innovation Day.
Date: April 21, 2026- Toronto
On the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the World Urban Pavilion in Regent Park, powered by Daniels, and in celebration of World Creativity and Innovation Day, Zen Forest Da Lat, as the first component of the broader Global Center for Health, Wellness and Sustainability, has been officially designated as a Global Pilot under the Global Initiative for Transforming Cities.
Developed in collaboration with the United Nations, the Urban Economy Forum (UEF), and strategic partners, this milestone marks a significant step forward in advancing new models of sustainable, health-oriented, and innovation-driven urban transformation in addressing today’s urban challenges.
The announcement was made during an international gathering of urban leaders, global institutions, and development partners, highlighting the growing importance of integrated approaches to sustainability, livability, and economic development.
Zen Forest Da Lat is conceived as a globally replicable framework integrating sustainability, urban economy, and quality of life. The initiative is being developed in collaboration with NewOak Fintech Phuc Tien (supported by NewOak Capital LLC and Silkline Capital OU) and the Urban Economy Forum, and is advancing in alignment with international frameworks, including those of the United Nations.
As part of this initiative, an international hub for Eco-Transformation and Sustainable Destination development will be established. In parallel, the Global Center for Health, Wellness, and Sustainability will serve as a core institutional platform, supporting research, innovation, and global collaboration in health, wellness, and sustainable development.
During the event, Ron D’Vari, CEO of NewOak Capital LLC, formally announced the collaboration and stated:
