Chief of Sustainable Cities, AECID, Brazil

Architect and urbanist specially focused on sustainable urban development, with a diverse international experience, carried out both in the private and public sectors.


She worked with slum upgrade in Brazil, architecture heritage in Portugal, urban planning and architecture practice in Spain. Once she joined the Spanish Public Sector, she worked at the Urban Real Estate Cadastre Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Spain; at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and at the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation for Development – AECID.


Within the AECID, she has been performing the role of Senior Urban Specialist in the Fund for the Promotion of Development, conducting both Projects and Programs Management of Urban Transformative Operations.



She graduated at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and holds a MSc in Restauration and Rehabilitation of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
